Becoming an Independent Sales Associate (ISA)

You do not need to make any product purchases to become a distributor (ISA). However, it is beneficial for a couple of reasons to purchase your Biomat at the time of enrollment. First of all, having a Biomat to demonstrate and share with friends and family is the easiest way to sell the product. If for some reason you already have a Biomat and would just like to enroll as a distributor, you should know that purchasing a minimum of $1500 in product is necessary to qualify for binary bonuses. Binary bonuses are the most lucrative aspect of Richway’s compensation plan. Before you start selling Biomat’s it is highly recommended that your binary system be set up to receive bonus points on every sale from the very beginning. With this initial purchase of $1500, as a minimum, you will be receiving a $400 Binary Bonus check for every four Biomat Professionals that you sell. This is in addition to your regular commission AND in addition to points accumulated by those in your downline that are selling. Without an initial purchase of at least $1500, you will still be eligible for commissions but you will not be benefiting from the bonus points associated with each sale that is made until you purchase $1500 in product. Filling out the ISA Agreement Form:

Whether you are making a purchase or not, the first step to becoming an independent distributor is to fill out Richway’s ISA (Independent Sales Associate) Agreement form. This form can be submitted before, after, or at the same time that you place your initial order. Complete the “Registrant Information” section of the ISA Agreement with either your business name or your personal name. If you have already purchased product, make sure it is the SAME name that you made your purchase under. If you use your personal name, it is a good idea to use your middle initial to differentiate you from other distributors that may share your first and last name. Your name should appear exactly as it appeared on your initial purchase so that it will not confuse the Richway system. Only ONE tax ID number should be listed on this form. Leave the section called “Placement” blank. We will complete that portion for you. Be sure to sign it, as it will not be valid without your signature.
