1. Discuss the Biomat as a viable option with your medical practitioner.
2. Once a positive decision to use the Biomat as a therapy of choice has been reached a determination must be made to either:
- Purchase a Biomat immediately and wait for reimbursement knowing that full, partial, or no reimbursement at all may be received.
- Delay purchase until the insurance provider communicates a determination of remittance.
3. You will then need to provide the following to documentation to the insurance provider.
- A doctor’s prescription
- A letter from you requesting insurance coverage
- A consultation letter may be required
- A far infrared data sheet may be required

How to Obtain a Medical Invoice from Richway
1. Have your doctor write a prescription recommending one of our products. Please specify item name and size. If your doctor is not aware of far infrared and negative ion technology, share the clinical research provided on this website.
2. Have your Richway sales representative complete a Richway order form with the patient’s name as the applicant. In large letters across the top of the form, write “Medical Receipt Requested”.
3. Fax or email the form to Richway, attention Doreen. If faxed, follow up with a phone call to ensure that the fax has been received.
4. The patient will receive a medical receipt from Richway. Submit the medical receipt, the doctor’s prescription, and the health insurance claim forms to the insurance company. Keep copies of all documents and follow up with the insurance company regarding the approval status.
5. If approved, the insurance company will send a check payable to Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. If the check is made payable to both the patient and Richway & Fuji Bio Inc., endorse the check and forward it to Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. The check must reference the RI Number from the Richway order form that was submitted. The RI Number is located on the top, right hand corner of the order form.
6. When Richway receives the check, the order will be processed and products will be shipped to the patient.
